Cozaint Launches MARCIA for Milestone XProtect Video Retention

The announcement, made at GSX 2026 in Atlanta, introduces a solution that extends video retention beyond traditional primary-storage limits while allowing organizations to continue using XProtect exactly as they do today. MARCIA continuously replicates newly recorded video in the background to LTO-based long-term storage—typically within a couple of minutes of the original write—providing what Cozaint believes is the lowest-cost architecture available for video surveillance retention.
