Life Masters Launches Leadership Alignment Accelerator to Fix Fractured Executive Teams

Life Masters, the Johannesburg-based high performance team development company led by founder Tony Dovale, has launched the Revolutionary Workplace® Leadership Alignment Accelerator, a programme and diagnostic process aimed at repairing and aligning fractured executive, exco, management and board teams. The launch addresses a common yet often unmeasured issue in South African organizations: misaligned leadership that leads to strain throughout the company, slowing decision-making, stalling strategy execution, and affecting culture and performance. The Accelerator integrates leadership team diagnostics with guided sessions. Each engagement is tailored to the client's desired outcomes, ranging from a two-day leadership retreat to multi-month alignment and optimisation projects.
