Quad-A's 2026 WIIN Conference: Empowering Women in Finance

The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) is set to host its 2026 Women's Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24-25 at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. This event brings together women leaders, financial professionals, and corporate executives for two days of discussions on leadership, wealth creation, career advancement, and well-being. The conference theme, "Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness," addresses critical challenges in the financial services industry, including workforce, leadership, and talent pipeline issues. More than 200 attendees are expected, featuring nationally recognized speakers such as Sheena L. Gray, CEO of Quad-A; Minda Harts, bestselling author and workplace communication expert; Kelly Keith, CFP® and Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management; and Nicole James Gilchrist, Vice President at Thrivent. Industry partners include J.P.
