Hong Kong's Spring Tech Fairs Unite 3,700+ Exhibitors, Spotlight AI and Robotics

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), in collaboration with the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau (ITIB) of the HKSAR Government, is launching a major spring exhibition series in April 2026, featuring four flagship technology fairs at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. These include InnoEX, the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) (EFSE), the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) (LFSE), and the Smart Lighting Expo (SLE). Collectively, they will bring together over 3,700 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions, showcasing Hong Kong's role as a premier international exhibition hub. A standout feature of this year's InnoEX is the debut of "RoboPark," a dedicated zone that brings together leading robotics companies from Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas, including four of the world's top five best-selling humanoid robot manufacturers from 2025: AgiBot, EngineAI, UBTECH, and Unitree. Other notable participants include DEEP Robotics, AI² Robotics, Digit Robotics, LimX Dynamic, PaXini, Rice Robotics, and SOTA Robotics. RoboPark will showcase over 100 robots across commercial, industrial, health, living, and entertainment applications, supported by 40 events like technology demonstrations and networking sessions to foster global expansion. InnoEX also expands its global reach with exhibitors from 21 countries, including major Chinese tech giants like Huawei International, China Mobile Hong Kong, iFLYTEK, Tencent Cloud International, and Lenovo (Hong Kong), as well as pavilions from 17 Chinese provinces and cities.

The fairs offer extensive opportunities for business networking and cross-sector collaboration. InnoEX will feature a large-scale "Smart Hong Kong Pavilion" by the Digital Policy Office, themed "AI+ Hong Kong," with over 100 I&T solutions from government departments and award-winning entries. It will also host the inaugural "Low-Altitude Economy Conference" and a dedicated zone for low-altitude technologies, involving companies like Transcendence and Harmony SkyTech. All government-established R&D centres, including the newly merged Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and Nano and Advanced Materials Institute (NAMI), will participate. Meanwhile, EFSE highlights AI-driven products in smart home, health tech, and pet intelligence, with an "Immersive Experience Zone" for VR/AR interactions and a "Startup Zone" for over 60 startups. The lighting fairs, themed "Go Smart - Live Green," gather around 900 exhibitors, featuring brands like Foshan Electrical and Lighting, OPPLE Lighting, Shanghai Sansi, and Absen, with a new "Light Lab" for scenario-based displays and a "Smart Commercial Display and Stage Audio-visual Zone."
