Azure has officially opened its doors at The Patricia Grand on the Myrtle Beach oceanfront, introducing a full-service dining concept that spans brunch, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant aims to provide casual coastal dining without the formality of typical oceanfront venues, catering to hotel guests and local visitors alike. With a dedicated brunch program featuring ocean views and full bar access, Azure sets the stage for a relaxed morning experience. Michael Lawson, Director of Food & Beverage, highlighted the significance of the three distinct meal periods, noting that the 48-hour pizza program took months of testing to perfect.

The lunch menu features a standout 48-hour cold-fermented pizza, which undergoes a two-day fermentation process to develop complex flavors and a lighter texture. This method requires advance planning and sets Azure apart from standard hotel restaurant fare. Dinner shifts focus to fresh seafood and prime steak, timed around sunset, with dishes built around locally sourced seafood where possible.
