Trust Is the New Luxury: REALM Global Announces The Age of the Trusted, the Definitive Guide to Luxury Advisory — Written by the World’s Leading Luxury Advisors

In May 2027, two hundred of the world’s most prolific luxury advisors and fifty of the gatekeepers to its greatest fortunes will close the doors of the Four Seasons Hotel Austin — and write the standard the profession has been waiting for.

JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — October, 2026 — A generation’s fortune is changing hands. The families who hold it are asking a new question: not who can sell this, but who can I trust with it. Today REALM® Global, the invitation-only, brand-agnostic network of the world’s most prolific luxury real estate advisors, announced its answer: The Age of the Trusted (working title), the definitive guide to luxury advisory, intended to be published with Greenleaf Book Group.

It will not be written by a single author. It will be written by the world’s leading luxury advisors, alongside the wealth managers and family office principals who serve beside them. There will be twelve councils convened behind closed doors at the REALM Global Collective, May 17–19, 2027, at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin.

Its premise is as simple as it is consequential. Information is everywhere, and it is free. Trust is rare, and it is priceless. When any listing, any valuation, any market report is a search away, the one thing a family cannot download is judgment, and the trusted advisor who has earned a seat at their table will keep it for generations.

“Every family we serve already has more information than they could ever use,” said Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM Global. “What they cannot find on a screen is discernment, discretion, and the quiet confidence of an advisor who will still be beside them a decade from now. That is this profession at its best. The Age of the Trusted is our commitment to put it in writing and establish a new standard of excellence for the industry.”

$124 Trillion in Motion and a Trust Gap Waiting to Be Closed

The guide arrives at the most consequential moment in the history of private wealth.

  • The Great Handover has begun. Cerulli Associates projects $124 trillion will change hands through 2048 and more than half of it, $62 trillion, will come from the 2% of households that are high- and ultra-high-net-worth. (Cerulli)

  • The ultra-wealthy have never been more numerous, or more global. 556,850 individuals now hold $30 million or more, up 14.4% in a single year, the fastest growth since 2017, and Altrata expects 746,570 by 2030. (Altrata)

  • And they are underserved. Only 17% of high-net-worth individuals call their advisory experience seamless and personalized, according to Capgemini’s World Wealth Report 2026. (Capgemini)

  • Excellence is rare and concentrated. Among 840,000 producing U.S. agents, the top 1% close 18% of every transaction in the country. (Mike DelPrete, Cotality data)

Real estate has its rankings and its annual forecasts. What has yet to be written is a shared standard for advising the family itself — across generations, across borders, across every asset that shapes a life.

“Capital is in motion as never before, and the families directing it are asking a deeper question: not only where to invest, but where to put down roots. The advisors who can answer both will define the next era of wealth,” said Dr. Stephanie Gripne, Founder and CEO of the Impact Finance Center, whose community spans more than 90,000 impact investors and family offices, and whom Forbes has called “the Steve Jobs of impact investing.”

Dr. Gripne will be in the room at the 2027 Collective — informing the councils’ work with her perspective on impact capital, and absorbing what the world’s leading luxury advisors see in the families they serve.

Six Years. Six Hundred Advisors. One Conviction.

REALM was founded in March 2020 on a conviction that was bold then and is undeniable now: the trusted advisor is the enduring relationship at the heart of every great family’s real estate decisions. The membership has spent six years proving it.

  • The most prolific advisors in the world, in one network. Roughly 600 members across 23 countries, 40+ U.S. states, and 150+ brokerage brands, closing more than $50 billion a year at an average sale price of $2.5 million.

  • Independently ranked, at altitude. Nearly one in three REALM members appear on the RealTrends Verified rankings, with median production 2.5 times the national ranked median and an average sale price 2.4 times higher.*

  • Trusted by families of consequence. REALM’s Wealth Intelligence Hub spans more than 220,000 verified clients with an average net worth of $28.9 million.

  • Introductions that move markets. REALM estimates its members exchange more than $10 billion in referral volume each year, with referrals inside the network carrying an average price north of $4 million.

  • Rooms that produce. In Big Sky, Montana, a room of 30 advisors, partners, and development leaders representing eight states and eleven brokerages, with roughly $1.1 billion in annual volume, generated seven named introductions on a single development and a partner engagement in discovery within 72 hours.

  • A gathering members refuse to miss. The 2025 REALM Global Collective earned a Net Promoter Score of +84. 92.3% of attendees said they were very likely to return. 100% affirmed its value.

REALM is an ingredient brand. It works alongside the brokerages its members represent, never in place of them strengthening the advisors who carry their names. It does so through proprietary REALM Match technology, protected by multiple patents; REALM Intelligence powered by Scoop; the most robust education and events calendar in the industry; and an ecosystem of partners who share its standard, among them Mercer Advisors, Graintree Capital, Vesta, Denison Yachting, Rivian and Beretta.

Written Behind Closed Doors.

In May, 250 invited participants will gather in Austin: 200 senior advisors and 50 capital gatekeepers. Behind closed doors, twelve councils will each take one cohort of wealth- founders, generational families, the newly minted, family offices, and more and write their chapter.

Every chapter closes with practices an advisor can put to work the next morning.

The Collective’s findings will be shared throughout 2027, building to the published compendium. Each year’s Collective will renew it.

A Standard for the Profession and a Promise to the Client

One book, written for three readers and indispensable to each.

  • For the advisor: a standard worth rising to.

  • For the family: a clear picture of what to expect from the advisor they trust.

  • For the gatekeeper: a shared language for serving the family as one team.

For the brokerages REALM members proudly represent, it is a shared resource written across 150+ brands and 23 countries, with editions they can make their own.

“The answer has never belonged to any one market or any one advisor,” Faupel said. “It belongs to the room. Our role is to convene it with the right people, the right partners, the right environment, and to capture what it knows, so the entire profession rises with it. A standard is not declared from a stage; it is proven in practice.”

An invitation to participate. REALM is now welcoming a select group of partners and sponsors to join the 2027 Collective, along with limited participation from the brokerages whose advisors help define luxury real estate. Partners and sponsors join the conversation that shapes the standard and are recognized throughout the book’s publication. Inquiries: Mabel Lam, [email protected].
