Stacey Eisenberg Named Finalist for 2026 Austin Business Woman Award

Stacey Eisenberg, co-owner of A Place At Home - North Austin, has been named a finalist for Austin Business Woman’s 2026 Health Business/Expert of the Year award. This honor recognizes her leadership in non-medical home care and her extensive contributions to Central Texas organizations that serve older adults, caregivers, and vulnerable adults. The category celebrates a woman-owned business making a significant impact in health and wellness through innovation, leadership, and community well-being. The winner will be announced at the 2026 Star Awards Gala on November 12, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Norris Conference Centers in Austin.

Eisenberg’s lifelong dedication to senior care began in childhood at the nursing home where her mother worked. She started working in senior care at age 13 and has since gained experience across nursing homes, assisted living and memory care, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and independent living settings. As a trained recreation therapist, she brings decades of expertise to families facing difficult care decisions. In 2023, she and her husband, Bryan Eisenberg, founded A Place At Home - North Austin. Based in Round Rock, the agency helps older adults and other clients remain at home with non-medical personal care, companionship, dementia support, respite care, transportation, and care coordination. It serves families across Williamson and Travis counties, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, Leander, and North Austin.

Beyond her agency work, Eisenberg is a Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association, supports the Williamson County Walk Committee, serves as Treasurer of the Adult Protective Services Advisory Board, is Community Awareness Chair for the Aging Services Council, and co-facilitates the Williamson County Health Resource networking group. She is also a member of the National Aging in Place Coalition, contributes to Age Friendly Austin initiatives, and participates in Healthy Williamson County, the Williamson Collab Action Group, and the Regional Dementia Support Coalition for the Capital Area. Her volunteer work includes serving as President of Round Rock High School’s Project Grad program and PTSA Spiritwear Chair. In 2025, A Place At Home - North Austin received the Activated Insights Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice awards, reflecting feedback from clients and care professionals. The agency was also named Best Senior Care Service in the 2024 and 2025 Best of Round Rock awards. Eisenberg’s new finalist recognition highlights the broader community work behind the care families receive at home. She is a recognized senior care expert and co-owner of the agency.
