Tampa, FL — The ProMedia Group (PMG), a Florida audiovisual and technology integration solutions provider, has announced the addition of Troy Fernandez as Project Manager to its growing team. Fernandez brings over two decades of global program and project leadership experience, having managed large-scale design and construction initiatives across multiple continents. His portfolio spans residential, commercial, and industrial environments, making him a strong asset as PMG expands its national footprint.

Prior to joining PMG, Fernandez held leadership roles at Watchtower in Tuxedo Park, New York, where he served as Program Manager overseeing a global portfolio of active projects across 30 international offices. As Global Design Director, he led the development of design standards across 84 international branches while mentoring high-performing teams. His earlier career includes 15 years with AECOM in New York, contributing to major infrastructure and transportation projects, including work with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the World Trade Center PATH Terminal.

Fernandez was drawn to PMG by the opportunity to expand into sports and stadium technology, particularly in AV and broadcast environments. His leadership philosophy emphasizes planning, adaptability, and transparency. In his new role, he will oversee AV integration projects from design through installation. PMG provides tailored AV solutions for commercial clients across healthcare, education, corporate, and government sectors.
