The Mehmet Property, classified as a hyperalkaline rare-metals showing in Quebec's SIGÉOM database, has potential for REEs, niobium, zirconium, and tantalum. One government sample contained 2157.1 ppm total REEs, including 550 ppm neodymium and 623 ppm lanthanum.
