Medios Appoints Katrin Neuffer as Director IR & Communications

Medios AG, a leading provider of Specialty Pharma in Europe, has announced the appointment of Katrin Neuffer as Director Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, who holds a degree in business administration and brings around 20 years of capital markets communications experience, will oversee communications with investors, analysts, the media, and the public. She succeeds Claudia Nickolaus, who played a key role in building Medios' IR activities, from financial reporting to ESG communications and the company's first Capital Markets Day in 2022. Neuffer's career includes leading IR at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE from its IPO through its establishment as an attractive investment, and at Exyte Group, where she prepared an IPO with a target market capitalization exceeding EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has advised listed companies on IR, IPO preparation, and crisis communications.

CEO Thomas Meier expressed confidence in Neuffer's ability to reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify dialogue with stakeholders, while thanking Nickolaus for her dedication. The appointment comes as Medios prepares for key events in 2026, including its Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs German Corporate Conference in September, its Capital Markets Day on September 28/29, and its Quarterly Statement on November 10. Medios, Germany's first listed specialty pharmaceutical company, operates in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain, focusing on individualized medicine. The company's shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard and included in the SDAX index. Neuffer's expertise is expected to help Medios navigate its strategic goals and enhance its market presence.
