GSA Commended for Equity Study of Remote Identity Proofing

Easy Dynamics commends the General Service Administration (GSA) on its Equity Study of Remote Identity Proofing publication. The study, part of the Biden-Harris President's Management Agenda, focuses on prioritizing customer experience and equity. GSA utilized the Identity Verification API (IDVA) developed by Easy Dynamics to examine the impacts of ethnicity, race, gender, and income on the identity-proofing process. The findings highlight the need for ongoing scrutiny of identity technologies to ensure fairness and equitable access, contributing significantly to the Executive Order on Racial Equity and aligning with the forthcoming NIST 800-63 rev 4 Digital Identity Guidelines.
