In a significant move underscoring the demand for premium office spaces by expanding businesses, JLL has successfully negotiated new office leases for Fisher Phillips LLP, a renowned international labor and employment law firm, in Los Angeles and Woodland Hills, California. The firm has secured a 35,744-square-foot lease at 515 South Flower Street in Los Angeles and a 13,624-square-foot lease at 21600 Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills.
