Jazmin Ramirez to Lead Marketing Committee for Women in HVACR's 1,200-Member Organization

HOUSTON, TX - Sept. 4, 2026 - Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been appointed Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, joining the organization's Board of Directors in support of its mission to empower women across the HVACR industry.

Ramirez brings direct trades experience and nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the position. Prior to joining CI Web Group, she held roles inside plumbing and HVAC companies, progressing from customer-facing positions into operations and marketing. In her current role at CI Web Group, she leads the company's growth organization, overseeing sales and the customer lifecycle.

In her capacity as Marketing Chair, Ramirez leads the committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications throughout the organization. The committee collaborates with other Women in HVACR committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources.
