Impact Family Wellness Relocates Liberty Hill Office to New Leander Location, Celebrates with Community Ribbon Cutting on September 24

Membership-Based Primary Care Practice Continues Serving the Liberty Hill Area at an Upgraded Facility

Liberty Hill, TX,August 27, 2026 Impact Family Wellness, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership practice serving families across the Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and Thorndale communities, has announced the relocation of its Liberty Hill offi

The practice's new address is 135 Mourning Dove Ln, Suite 401, Leander, TX 78641, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Liberty Hill. The Liberty Hill office at 9017 West State Hwy 29, Bldg 1, Ste 205 is scheduled to close on August 20 to allow for the transition. Impact Family Wellness plans to reopen at the new Leander address on August 24, subject to change if additional time is needed to complete the move.

To mark the occasion, Impact Family Wellness will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 24 at 4:00 PM at the new Leander location. The event is being co-hosted with the Liberty Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Leander Chamber of Commerce, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. Members of the community and current patients are welcome to attend.

"This move is a significant step forward for our practice and for the community we serve," said Monica McKitterick-Smith, founder of Impact Family Wellness. "Our new space is designed to provide a better experience for our patients, with direct entry access and a layout built around comfort and care. We are not going anywhere. We are getting better."

The new facility offers exam rooms and office space designed specifically to support the practice's team of Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners. Impact Family Wellness provides comprehensive primary care through a Direct Primary Care membership model, giving patients unlimited visits, same-day appointment availability, and direct access to their Nurse Practitioner by call, text, and telehealth, all for a flat monthly membership fee with no insurance billing.

Current members will experience no changes to their membership, their care team, or their access to services during or after the relocation. Patients with questions about the transition are encouraged to contact the practice directly at 512-537-2177.

Impact Family Wellness operates three locations serving the greater Central Texas area: Cedar Park, Thorndale, and the newly relocated Liberty Hill area office in Leander.
