Horton HD Storm™: Elevated Performance for High-Wind Environments

The enhanced Horton HD Storm™ now delivers performance ratings of up to ±85 PSF (pounds per square foot), tested to Miami-Dade standards and carrying the North American Fenestration Standard (NAFS) Limited Water (LW) designation. This upgrade builds on an already trusted product line, which previously offered smaller sizes and a different PSF rating, and now extends to larger openings through expanded HDXL size options.

The HD Storm™ is available in both single slide and bi-parting full breakout configurations, with panel weight support of up to 300 lbs. per sliding panel in bi-parting configurations. A concealed belt drive with a 1/4 HP DC motor powers the system, and an XL version is available for extended height openings.

Horton Behavioral Health Profiler® ICU: A New Standard in Healthcare Safety

Door Services Corporation is also proud to offer the new Horton Behavioral Health Profiler® ICU — the first purpose-built sliding door system in the industry engineered to meet the complex safety, access control, and durability demands of modern behavioral health environments.

This innovative system is designed to address five critical facility needs: preventing patient self-harm, preventing staff harm, preventing patients from barricading within a suite, preventing the weaponization of door components, and preventing entanglement of IV lines in door features.
