“I set out to make something that felt familiar but at the same time lived in an unfamiliar setting. I see both folk & ambient music as storytellers and great consolers. Making this music was me trying to find some understanding from the madness. News feeds that feel more like science fiction than ever before. It’s hard to make sense of a reality that feels so distant. So this album is a kind of diary of places and feelings that exist somewhere between the external world and the inner one," says Franc Cinelli. "It’s music made to accompany.
