Play It Again Sports East Ridge is locally owned and operated by longtime Chattanooga residents Tim and Bri Watkins. Wanting a business that aligned with their values of family, sustainability and community, the couple turned to Play It Again Sports. With 3,750 sq. ft. of space, the store will serve athletes of all ages, making fitness and athletics more affordable.

• Thursday (Grand Opening Day), August 14: The first 25 customers in line will receive a $25 gift card, while Hooked On Minis food truck will be on-site in the morning. A giveaway for two Braves tickets to the 8/24 game vs. the Mets at Truist Park will take place after 8 p.m. Customers who spend $75 will receive $5 in Sports Bucks.
• Friday, August 15: Spin-to-win and happy hour deals will be available from 5 to 7 p.m. A giveaway for an MVP Disc Proton Resistor (Eagle McMahon) releasing on 8/15/25 will be held after 8 p.m. Customers who spend $75 will also receive $5 in Sports Bucks.
• Saturday, August 16: Uncle Larry’s food truck will be on-site at lunchtime. All-day activities will be available, and a giveaway for a Cleveland HB Soft 2 #11 Putter will take place after 6 p.m. Customers who spend $75 will receive $5 in Sports Bucks.
• Sunday, August 17: Double points on all buys and sales throughout the day. Customers can also spend $75, get $5 in Sports Bucks.
