TAIPEI, TAIWAN, May 09, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- RS Global Group, the wealth management specialist company headquartered in Taiwan, is launching a new Asia-Pacific Sustainable Investing Fund ("The Fund"), which will focus on companies which contribute to Asia's growth through environmental and social impact.

The Fund will consist of an all-cap portfolio and will adopt a bottom-up fundamental approach with the objective of obtaining long-term, risk-adjusted returns, by investing in well-managed companies that have a positive impact environmentally and socially, as well as economically, within a diversified market in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Fund will offer I (ACC) Shares and will seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in innovative companies that have strong potential for growth and maintain a competitive edge, while also applying its ESG guidelines in order to ensure that the companies are contributing to a sustainable environmental future.

The Fund will seek to obtain its investment objective by investing 80% of its net assets in equities of companies located in the Asia-Pacific region, including all developed and emerging markets in Asia, while investing the remaining assets on a global basis.

The Fund will assess each company's merits according to the company's ESG standards by evaluating a company's potential future environmental and social contribution based on a variety of criteria, such as climate change adaptation, sustainable production and consumption, and inclusive and sustainable development.

The Fund's management team points out that there are risks involved with any investment fund which focusses on emerging and frontier market securities, which may involve risks such as social and political instability, market illiquidity, and a higher level of volatility and limited governmental regulation.

The Fund will only be made available to institutional entities and accredited investors.
