East Tennessee Injury Attorney Brack Terry Talks Trucking as Guest on Tony Justice's Podcast
MORRISTOWN, TN, January 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney F. Braxton "Brack" Terry was recently the featured guest on "The Road Show with Tony Justice and Friends," a nationwide podcast that focuses on trucker life, country music, NASCAR racing, and small-town America, The Terry Law Firm announced today.
In the episode released in late November, truck accident attorney Brack Terry talked with podcast host and fellow East Tennessean Tony Justice, a veteran truck driver and rising country music artist. Terry and Justice discussed a number of topics related to trucking and the law, as well as Terry's deep roots in East Tennessee and his connection to stock car racing through the Volunteer Speedway, the racetrack owned by Terry's parents in Bulls Gap.
At the beginning of the episode, Justice introduced Brack Terry as "a powerhouse attorney" who has been "standing up for hardworking folks for over 30 years."
During the podcast, Terry shared his observations on a range of issues related to trucking in general and commercial motor vehicle crashes in particular, including:
- The importance of uninsured motorist (UM) coverage for truck drivers
- Trucking companies that pressure truck drivers to meet unreasonable deadlines
- Risks posed by undertrained and inexperienced truck drivers and truckers who lack the English skills needed to operate a truck safely
- How truck accident claims can help injured motorists – including truck drivers – pursue the compensation they need after severe crashes
- Factors affecting insurance rates for truck drivers and trucking companies
- New fleet technologies that track drivers' performance behind the wheel
Terry also described a truck accident case he handled in Texas, where the defendant truck driver and the owner of the trucking company gave conflicting testimony about whether the truck's brakes failed before a rear-end collision. The driver claimed that the truck's brakes went out before the crash, but the trucking company's owner said he had just checked the brakes, and they were fine.
"The case settled shortly after that, as you can imagine," Terry said on the podcast.
The episode is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, Pandora, and YouTube.
