According to Josh Purvis, managing partner for Thompson Thrift Residential, the area boasts a thriving population, strong economy, and exceptional employment rates that make it an ideal location for upscale residential development. The project is strategically positioned to capitalize on the region's impressive growth trajectory, with population in the immediate three-mile radius having grown 31.9% over the past 15 years, outpacing both Gwinnett County and the broader Atlanta metropolitan area.

The 10-acre community, scheduled to welcome its first residents in January 2027, will feature four-story, elevator-serviced buildings offering spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with premium interior finishes.
