Premier Graphene Secures First Defense Contract with Mexico

Premier Graphene Inc. (OTC: BIEI), a developer of advanced graphene-based defense technologies, along with its Mexican affiliate HGI Industrial Technologies SAPI, has secured its first contract with the Dirección General de Fábrica de Vestuario y Equipo (FAVE), a division of Mexico's Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (DEFENSA). This milestone marks a strategic entry into Mexico's defense manufacturing ecosystem and positions both companies for follow-on contract opportunities. The contract was awarded after test results consistently exceeded military specifications, particularly for specialized belt assemblies with integrated magazine carriers designed to protect military personnel. The contract was facilitated by HGI's established network in Mexico's manufacturing infrastructure and the coordination of Lic. Emmanuel Hernández Rico. Importantly, the companies have secured necessary financing for production and delivery costs, with initial product delivery expected within 10 business days.
