PowerHouse Expands with Chevrolet Acquisition, Creates First Auto Campus

PowerHouse Automotive Group has made a strategic move to expand its footprint in Southwest Georgia by acquiring Griffin Chevrolet of Sylvester, marking its fifth dealership and first Chevrolet franchise. The acquisition, which closed on July 1, 2026, creates PowerHouse's first multi-brand automotive campus, as the new Chevrolet dealership sits adjacent to its existing Ford Sylvester location at 1002 W. Franklin St. This side-by-side setup offers customers in Sylvester access to both Ford and Chevrolet vehicles, sales, and services at a single location, enhancing convenience and choice.

PowerHouse plans to retain the Griffin Chevrolet team and integrate the location into its existing operational and community programs, including workforce development initiatives and support for military families.
