Palm Beach Symphony's Holly Jolly Fête Boosts Music Education

The Palm Beach Symphony is gearing up for its Ninth Annual Holly Jolly Symphony Fête, an elegant holiday fundraising event that promises to be bigger and better than ever. The organization recently hosted a successful gift-gathering party at Palm Beach Design Masters, where more than 50 guests brought silent auction items ranging from musical instruments and fine jewelry to luxury travel accessories and dining experiences. The event was graciously sponsored by Holly Jolly chairs Mary and Will Demory and Palm Beach Design Masters, with honorary chairs Carol and Thomas Bruce, vice chairs Dr. Martha Rodriguez and Dr. Jesus Perez-Mendez, and auction chair Marietta Muiña McNulty playing key roles in the preparations. Designers Joy Jalaeikhoo and Carl Vasile contributed their exceptional talents to create a beautifully decorated setting, while pianist Steven Settle provided classical Christmas music and SandyJames Fine Food & Productions handled the catering.

The main event is scheduled for Monday, December 8 at the Cohen Pavilion at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, with tickets priced at $300 per person available through palmbeachsymphony.org. The Holly Jolly will feature an extensive silent auction showcasing the collected items, along with a delicious lunch, festive music, and the presentation of the 2025 Instrumental Music Teacher of the Year Award. Major sponsors include FINDLAY Galleries, Palm Beach Design Masters, and Private Cask Imports, Inc. The event has attracted significant community support from Palm Beach Symphony subscribers, patrons, Board of Directors members, and various committees, demonstrating strong local engagement with the organization's mission and fundraising efforts.

All funds raised will directly benefit Palm Beach Symphony's world-class music, outreach, and educational initiatives, particularly the Instrument Donation Program that provides musical instruments to promising young students in Palm Beach County. Since its inception in 2016, this program has donated 944 instruments and more than 3,316 accessories to local schools, including Woodlands Middle School, The Conservatory School @ North Palm Beach, and Plumosa School of the Arts. The organization's education programs receive substantial support from numerous foundations and individual donors, reflecting the community's commitment to arts education.
