Noel Rodriguez, DMD, Named 2026 Castle Connolly Top Dentist

Noel Rodriguez, DMD, MS, has been named a 2026 Castle Connolly Top Dentist, an honor reserved for only 10% of licensed dentists nationwide. Dr. Rodriguez is a prosthodontist and the Chief Executive Officer at Jacksonville Center for Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry, a leading practice in Jacksonville, Florida, recognized for comprehensive rehabilitation of complex dental conditions through advanced prosthodontic care, implant dentistry, and esthetic rehabilitation. Dr. Rodriguez evaluates and treats complex dental conditions requiring full-mouth restoration, missing or severely damaged teeth, structural oral deficiencies, and challenging esthetic rehabilitation cases. He performs a comprehensive range of specialized procedures utilizing advanced dental imaging technology for surgical implant placement planning and restorative treatment. Key procedures include advanced dental implant restorations, complex full-mouth reconstructions, All-on-4® dental implants, custom complete and partial dentures, aesthetic veneers and crown restorations, sedation dentistry, and smile makeovers. He earned his DMD with honors from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, completed an AEGD residency at Naval Branch Health Clinic Great Lakes, and received specialty training in Prosthodontics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He also holds an MS in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Prior to private practice, Dr. Rodriguez served 13 years in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer and Prosthodontist. He is President of the Florida Prosthodontic Association and chaired the inaugural joint meeting of the Florida Prosthodontic Association and the Florida Association of Periodontists in 2026. He is a faculty member at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and has led community service initiatives such as the Florida Mission of Mercy and Give Kids A Smile.
