Morad Shaker Moves Global Humanitarian HQ to Wyoming, Pledges 50,000 Opportunities

International entrepreneur and humanitarian founder Morad Shaker has chosen Cheyenne, Wyoming, as the new U.S. headquarters for his expanding network of nonprofit organizations and global humanitarian initiatives. After nearly three decades in Hawaii and eight months in Asia, Shaker has established his physical base in Cheyenne, where multiple organizations within his network are now headquartered. "Hawaii will always remain an important part of my life and history. Today, Wyoming is home. We will serve Wyoming, and from Wyoming, we will serve the world," Shaker said. The move marks a significant personal transition and positions Wyoming at the center of his international work.

At the heart of Shaker's efforts is the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem, which he describes as the largest and most consequential undertaking of his life. Originally piloted in Bangladesh under Operation Bangladesh, the initiative faced challenges that delayed its initial implementation. However, Shaker adapted and expanded its scope, now targeting phased activity across 2026 and 2027 in an estimated 30 or more countries. "The circumstances changed, but the mission did not," Shaker explained. "What was intended to begin in one country has evolved into an opportunity for many nations." The ecosystem aims to provide pathways toward long-term financial stability and economic opportunity for qualified participants globally.

In conjunction with the headquarters relocation, Shaker has allocated 50,000 opportunities for qualified people in Wyoming to participate in his Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem, ensuring that his new home state shares in the initiative's benefits. "If Wyoming is going to be our home, I want Wyoming to share meaningfully in what we build," he said. The broader Shaker Global Network encompasses initiatives in poverty reduction, youth engagement, education, animal protection, integrity, and emergency response, with flagship programs including Operation Bangladesh - Phoenix Passage, a youth movement across 30 countries. As the network expands, Shaker remains committed to his principal objective: bringing the global poverty-reduction ecosystem into operation, serving Wyoming, and serving the world.
