Loughlin Law Adds Trial Attorney Curtis Davis to Personal Injury Team

Loughlin Law, P.A., a Boca Raton-based firm, has expanded its personal injury team by welcoming attorney Curtis Davis, Esq. as Of Counsel. Davis brings a unique perspective to the firm, having begun his career as an insurance defense lawyer representing insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and negligent security. That experience gives him inside knowledge of how insurers evaluate and defend claims, which he now uses to advocate for injured individuals and families. In 2022, Davis founded Davis Trial Law, a boutique Florida firm focused on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business and insurance disputes. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was selected for the Order of Barristers. A member of The Florida Bar since 2012, Davis is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and holds leadership roles with the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court and the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association.
