Giselle Gutierrez, Esq. Earns First Best Lawyers in America Recognition

In a significant professional milestone, Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm, has been named to the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Litigation - Labor and Employment for the Coral Gables, Florida region. This marks her first inclusion on the publication's primary list, having previously been recognized on Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America since 2022. The 2027 editions were released on August 20, 2026, and now in its 33rd year, The Best Lawyers in America recognizes attorneys across 151 practice areas and 203 metropolitan and geographic regions, representing approximately the top five percent of practicing attorneys in the market. Results were informed by millions of confidential evaluations submitted by tens of thousands of voting attorneys.

The selection process is rigorous: the publication does not accept self-nomination. An attorney enters consideration only upon nomination by another member of the profession, after which currently recognized attorneys in the same practice area and region complete confidential evaluations of that candidate's work. Inclusion therefore reflects the assessment of practitioners who appear alongside and in opposition to the nominee. "Peer review recognition is distinct from other forms of professional acknowledgment, because the evaluations are submitted by attorneys who have observed the work directly, including those who have opposed it," said Gutierrez. "Inclusion on this list reflects the judgment of colleagues who practice in the same courts and appear before the same agencies.
