Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Former Minneapolis Police Officer for Sexual Assault

A federal lawsuit has been filed against former Minneapolis police officer David Edward Campbell for sexually assaulting a minor female on numerous occasions while on duty and in uniform. Officer Campbell violated Minneapolis Police Department policies by conducting unauthorized ride-alongs with the minor in his squad car, neither reported nor investigated.
