Concorde Career Colleges, the healthcare education division of Universal Technical Institute, has announced a major expansion into Georgia by selecting the Lee + White adaptive reuse development in Atlanta's West End as the location for its first campus in the state. The company has signed a 47,358-square-foot lease at Lee + White's 929 Building, with plans to open the campus in 2027.
