BPS Lawyers Welcomes Attorney Brian Lamaj to Commercial and Real Estate Practice

Based in the firm's Glastonbury office, Attorney Lamaj will handle both transactional and litigation matters, representing individuals and small businesses in commercial and real estate disputes. His prior experience representing municipal entities and property owners in land use and municipal law matters, including appeals of planning and zoning commission decisions and zoning enforcement actions, brings a unique perspective to the firm. Attorney Lamaj graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was recognized for Excellence in Clinical Education. During law school, he interned at the State of Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, representing the Connecticut Department of Labor in unemployment compensation appeals and bringing civil penalty actions against employers for wage violations. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and serves as Membership Director of the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, as well as a member of the Hartford County Bar Association.
