The Atlanta Divorce Law Group has elevated Kristyne Seidenberg to the position of Senior Litigation Attorney, recognizing her exceptional leadership in handling complex family law matters throughout Georgia. This promotion underscores the firm's ongoing commitment to providing client-centered advocacy and achieving strong courtroom results. Seidenberg brings more than two decades of legal experience in Georgia, with her practice spanning family law, complex litigation, special education, and dispute resolution. Her extensive background includes handling contested matters involving domestic violence, special education due process, civil rights claims under Title IX and Title VII, as well as probate and fiduciary litigation.

Seidenberg's distinguished career includes previous service in Emory University's Office of Equity and Inclusion, where she worked as a Title IX investigator and training specialist. In this role, she conducted thorough investigations into discrimination and sexual misconduct cases while leading campus-wide compliance training initiatives. This experience provided her with rigorous fact-finding skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders—capabilities she now applies to complex family law cases.
