Terra Innovatum Srl, a developer of micro-modular nuclear reactors, and GSR III Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: GSRT), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Ameresco (NYSE: AMRC), a leading energy solutions provider, to establish a comprehensive framework for siting, development, construction, integration, operation, and decommissioning planning of the SOLO micro-modular reactor. The collaboration will leverage Ameresco’s national network and expertise to identify siting opportunities on public and private land, with a goal to secure the deployment of 50 reactor units across federal and commercial sites, marking a major step toward near-term commercial rollout of the SOLO reactor.
