SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that Ryan Byrne has joined the firm as Executive Vice President & Managing Principal with the Capital Markets team, based in the Dallas office. In this newly established role, Byrne will lead the growth of National Retail Investments across the South Central region while bolstering the efforts of SRS’ existing Capital Markets professionals who represent multi-tenant investments nationwide.

A seasoned commercial real estate veteran with deep expertise in retail investment sales, Byrne will focus on elevating SRS’ National Retail Investments group by concentrating on shopping centers, power centers, and grocery-anchored properties. In addition to serving clients, he will be responsible for building the team throughout the region and recruiting additional talent to support the firm’s continued growth.

With career transaction volume totaling roughly $2 billion, Byrne has represented institutional investors, private equity groups, and regional owners and developers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping center assets. Known for his financial acumen and market insight, he guides clients through complex transactions and is focused on consistently delivering value regardless of deal size.

Byrne began his career at CBRE and most recently was a partner at the Byrne Company, where he specialized in retail and investment property sales. He holds a B.S. in applied science from the University of Mississippi.
