Tiernan, who previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Principal, will continue to lead alongside Henry Poer in overseeing the day-to-day leadership, management, and business development of the Atlanta market.

Tiernan brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in national accounts, tenant representation, landlord representation, and development opportunities. His career highlights include leading national new store and disposition services for Fortune 500 retailers, institutional REITs, and high-growth private companies. He has played a key role in market rollouts for major tenants such as Walmart, Raising Cane’s, Lowe’s, and EōS Fitness across the Southeast.

Over the course of his career, Tiernan has completed more than 700 landlord representation transactions, with a strong focus on land transactions and new developments. He has been consistently recognized as a top producer by SRS, CoStar and Connect CRE and has earned the designation of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Life Member and Top Producer. Tiernan is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
