Rocky road ice cream-inspired cookie joins fan favorites Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs and more

Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida today announced the addition of a new cookie to the lineup for the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie season.

The new addition is Exploremores, a rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookie filled with delicious flavors of chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond–flavored crème. Exploremores reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout.

Girl Scouts across South Florida will offer Exploremores online, door to door and at local cookie booths during the 2026 season, along with beloved favorites including Thin Mints®, Samoas®, Tagalongs® and more.

“Exploremores is more than just a delicious new cookie. It represents the bold, adventurous spirit of every Girl Scout,” said Lisa Johnson, CEO of Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida. “Cookie sales help our girls unbox a world of possibilities as they learn, grow and thrive. Through their experiences, they build courage, confidence and character that last a lifetime.”

The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world, helping Girl Scouts develop essential skills in goal setting, decision-making, money management, people skills and business ethics. Cookie proceeds stay local to support troop activities, leadership development, STEM programming, outdoor adventures and community service projects.

In South Florida, Girl Scout Cookie season kicks off January 12, 2026 and runs through February 15, 2026. Visit girlscoutcookies.org or text “Cookies” to 59618 to be notified as soon as Exploremores and other Girl Scout Cookies are available.
