Yaryan brings more than 20 years of experience in Florida and California working across property types with a specialization in shopping centers and net lease properties.

Throughout his career, Yaryan has served as lead broker on hundreds of transactions, navigating complex markets through pivotal economic cycles including the Great Recession, the COVID-19 pandemic, and recent inflationary conditions. Prior to rejoining SRS, he was a managing partner at Sun Realty Partners. His earlier career includes key roles at Equity Investment Services, Marcus & Millichap, and the Orlando office of SRS, where he worked until 2023.

A graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business, Yaryan has developed a reputation for maximizing value for sellers while identifying strategic opportunities for buyers. His passion for connecting clients has enabled him to consistently achieve high transaction efficiency by understanding the unique intricacies of each deal and tailoring solutions to meet both buyer and seller objectives.
