Confirming demand for multi-tenant industrial space in Orange County, California, JLL announced today that it has secured two industrial leases at phase two of Los Patrones Business Park encompassing 12,922 square feet and located at 28600-28650 Airoso Street in the South Orange County submarket of Rancho Mission Viejo, California. JH Wall Paints signed a lease for 3,620 square feet with Precision Aerial Services Inc. signing for 2,030 square feet.

JH Wall Paints, a lime wash paint company, will use the space for ecommerce distribution and administration functions. Precision Aerial Services, the premiere crane and aerial equipment service provider, will use the space for equipment storage.

JLL’s Kris Smith and Louis Tomaselli represented the landlord, Los Patrones Business Park Partners II, LLC, in the leases. Phase two of Los Patrones Business Park offers move-in ready units ranging from 1,824 square feet to 5,702 square feet.
