During his tenure at Virtua, he served in various leadership roles that spanned all aspects of the healthcare system, equipping him with a broad understanding of healthcare operations and strategy.

Michael’s contributions to the healthcare sector have been recognized with a Regents award from the American College of Healthcare Executives and by being named a top “40 under 40” leader by NJBiz. He has also demonstrated his commitment to the community by serving as a board member for non-profit organizations, including Samaritan Hospice and Healthcare.

With over three decades of diverse healthcare leadership experience, Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Joseph’s University. He is also a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, further attesting to his expertise and standing in the healthcare field.

Michael has been married for 33 years and is a father to three daughters and a grandfather to six.
