JLL announced today that it has represented media agency Canvas Worldwide in a new 68,301-square-foot office lease at 2330 Utah Avenue in El Segundo, California. The new lease represents a relocation from the company’s current west coast headquarters where it occupies 36,000 square feet in the Playa Vista submarket.

Canvas Worldwide is an independent media agency that provides innovative marketing solutions for brands looking to challenge conventional thinking and make their own bold strokes. Launched in 2015, the agency is dual headquartered in Los Angeles and New York, with regional offices in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and Atlanta. Canvas Worldwide services world-class clients such as Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, Amazon MGM Studios, Edward Jones, McDonald’s, Zillow and more.
