CHICAGO, IL, May 20, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund is set to shine a spotlight on football legends and their off-the-field heroics at the 14th Annual Mike Ditka's Gridiron Greats Hall of Fame Gala, taking place May 30th at 6:00 p.m. at the elegant Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont. This unforgettable evening will celebrate the careers and charitable contributions of former NFL greats, hosted by sports radio personality John Tournour (J.T. the Brick), with a special performance by renowned Chicago entertainer John Vincent.

The Gridiron Greats Class of 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees include: former Chicago Bears Pro Bowl center, Olin Kreutz; former New York Giants 2x Super Bowl cornerback, Mark Collins; former San Francisco 49ers & Denver Broncos Super Bowl tight end, Vernon Davis; former New York Giants 2x Super Bowl defensive end, Leonard Marshall; former Chicago Bears & Atlanta Falcons linebacker, Chris Draft; and former CFL Hamilton Tiger Cats 4x Grey Cup wide receiver & defensive back, Garney Henley.
 
In addition, Sylvia Mackey, wife of former NFL legend and Hall of Famer John Mackey, will present her namesake Award to Angela Biletnikoff. Angela is CEO of the Biletnikoff Foundation, which addresses the challenges of substance abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking among young people.
 
Marv Levy, NFL & CFL Hall of Fame coach and former Gridiron Greats board member, will proudly present Chris Draft with the Marv Levy Impact Award, which recognizes an advocate for the Armed Forces who has dedicated much of their time and influence supporting and serving the military community, has exceptional leadership qualities, and is honorable, honest and courageous.
 
Proceeds for this special night will benefit the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, which is an independent 501(c)(3) organization providing assistance to NFL players in medical and financial dire need.
