Walmart & Free Rein Coffee Honor Veterans with Capitol Hill Giveaway

In a heartfelt tribute to veterans, Walmart partnered with Free Rein Coffee, co-founded by actor and veteran advocate Cole Hauser, to host a special coffee giveaway event on Capitol Hill. This event was part of Walmart’s annual U.S. Manufacturing Fly-In, aiming to honor veterans and highlight Walmart’s commitment to American-made goods. Veterans enjoyed complimentary coffee from Free Rein Coffee, a company deeply connected to the veteran community, at the Capitol Complex. Cole Hauser, known for his role in Yellowstone, served coffee and shared his passion for supporting veterans and first responders. Melody Richard, SVP of Merchandising at Walmart, emphasized the company's dedication to U.S. manufacturing, mentioning a $350 billion commitment to grow Made in USA products. The event also featured speeches from Sean Corrigan of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and Rye Barcott of With Honor, praising Walmart's support for veterans and small businesses. Walmart's Open Call initiative was highlighted, offering U.S. entrepreneurs a chance to pitch their products, with 15 entrepreneurs invited to showcase their American-made goods at Walmart’s headquarters.
