Terrell A. Williams Named Delaware Co-Chair for U.S. Term Limits

U.S. Term Limits, the nation's largest grassroots term limits advocacy group, announced today that Terrell A. Williams has agreed to serve as Delaware State Co-Chair. Williams brings a wealth of public service, legal expertise, and constitutional understanding to the effort to enact congressional term limits. He believes Delaware can play a key role in advancing one of the nation's most widely supported government reforms. Williams is a federal civil service professional, civil rights advocate, legal scholar, educator, and military veteran. He serves with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, protecting civil rights through enforcement of federal laws. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln University and Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. A Delaware resident for over a decade, Williams is active in the Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend communities. His educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, a Master's in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's in Social Relations from Cheyney University. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and Pennsylvania National Guard.
