Office Evolution® Westlake Village has officially relocated to a newly designed 10,000-square-foot workspace, marking a significant expansion under the co-ownership of local residents Tom Warekois and Ashlynne Balikian. This strategic move responds to sustained demand from entrepreneurs, small businesses, enterprises, and remote professionals in the area. Warekois originally opened the location in 2015 as the franchise system's 24th location, while Balikian joined in 2021 as Director of Operations, playing a central role in driving operational growth and long-term strategy.
