WASHINGTON, DC, January 08, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- US SIF: The Sustainable Investment Forum announced today the election of a new Board Chair and eight Directors for the 2025-2027 term.

Stephanie Cohn Rupp, CEO of Veris Wealth Partners, will serve as the new Board Chair. Cohn Rupp joined the US SIF Board of Directors in 2021 and has more than 20 years of global impact investing experience. She succeeds Diederik Timmer who served in the role for seven years. Iyassu Essayas, CEO and Founder of Inflows, will continue as Vice Chair of the Board.

In addition, eight industry leaders were elected to the Board for three-year terms:

• Rebecca Adamson is the founder of First Peoples Worldwide, which mobilizes investors and Indigenous Peoples to shift corporate behavior towards the consideration of Indigenous Peoples' rights.

• Nakia Maddox Eubanks is an investment manager at Trillium Asset Management with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has managed assets for mission-driven individuals and institutions for the span of her career.

• Nelle Coady Joubert is a Managing Director at MSCI Inc., where she oversees a team of Sustainability & Climate relationship and product focused solutions specialists and monitors Sustainable Finance policy developments across the Americas.

• Saurabh Narain is President and CEO of National Community Investment Fund, which, under his leadership, has grown assets under management to $280 million by investing in and lending with CDFI and MDI Banks around the country.

• Beth-ann Roth is a former SEC lawyer, co-founder of B-Corp law firm R|K Invest Law, PBC, and President of ESG Legal Services, Inc., a 501(c)(3) law firm advancing shareholder rights. She has served as legal counsel to responsible investors for over 30 years, and represents industry groups in impact litigation throughout the country.

• Leslie Samuelrich is the President of Green Century Funds and has over 25 years of experience in corporate engagement, environmental and public health advocacy. Samuelrich was named to Forbes' 50 Over 50 list and Barron's 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance in 2024.

• Derek Strocher is the CFO of Calvert Impact, where he is responsible for the financial health of the company and provides strategic leadership as a partner to the CEO and Board. He is a member of the company's Board Credit Committee, Staff Investment Committee, Procurement Committee and Pension Committee.

• Additionally, Kimberly Gluck, Managing Director at Boston Trust Walden, was re-elected to the board for the third time.

US SIF's Board of Directors guides the organization's strategic direction and ensures its continued impact within the capital markets. The Board also underscores the organization's commitment to diversity, innovation and excellence.
