Mullen Automotive Partners with Bergey’s Truck Centers to Expand Commercial Sales Network

Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN) announced a partnership with Bergey’s Truck Centers to expand its commercial sales and service network into the mid-Atlantic region, covering Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This collaboration grows Bollinger’s national dealer network to over 50 locations, with Bergey’s placing an initial order of all-electric B4 trucks designed with fleet input for safety and capability. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable, electrified commercial vehicles, bolstered by Bollinger’s recent production launch and regulatory milestones.

Mullen Automotive, based in Southern California, is building the next generation of commercial electric vehicles with two U.S.-based vehicle plants. The company began commercial vehicle production in Tunica in August 2023 and received IRS approval for federal EV tax credits on its commercial vehicles in September 2023. In addition, the Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE are now CARB and EPA certified and available for sale in the U.S. The company has also expanded its commercial dealer network and received Foreign Trade Zone status approval for its Tunica manufacturing center.
